  • A British music lover's industrial apartment in the Fahle House

British businessman Benedict has lived in a poultry feed and textile factory in London. When he bought a home in Tallinn, it was logical that his next apartment would be in the former paper and pulp factory Fahle House. But transforming an empty and gigantic factory space into a tasteful and unique home is no easy task. So, British designer Peter Sampson, who lives in Estonia, was called in to help, and he began to put together this whole eclectic compote.

  • Briti melomaani industriaalkorter Fahle majas

  • Newly renovated 1920s residential building in Kadriorg

The house, built in the 1920s, has been given a completely new, clean interior. However, it retains tasteful references to the past in the form of exposed limestone walls and furniture.

The interior design was done by our good client Angelika Vaht . The painting, chairs, stools, mirror and panel are from Eklektikus. The sink cabinets were custom-made from old antique cabinets and the author of the panel is Liisa Pähk.

Nordic Way and Studio Ood also deserve a bow for their interior design.
